About the Company :

Our client is a diversified asset manager with over $50 AUM with clients and private investors worldwide. They are seeking an Associate of Real Estate Accounting to join their office in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities :

• Overseeing and monitoring the performance of a diverse portfolio of net leased assets across the United States and the United Kingdom
• Responsible for confirming rent collection, loan payments, other payables, and distributions
• Prepare monthly marks and quarterly book pages for the portfolio
• Audit and confirm net cash flows by tracking monthly treasury activity
• Liaise with internal and external audit and valuation requests, handle asset audits
• Monitor loan covenants and reporting requirements of the portfolio and provide monthly reports to the team
• Review and analyze property financials keep abreast of tenant financials with the help of the broader team
• Review and become an expert on the transaction and loan documents on assets
• Work closely with partner teams on capital call calculations, leasing, and asset management functions

Salary Range : 100,000-$125,000
