We are looking for a highly motivated and agile Recruiting Coordinator to join the Microsoft AI GTA Squad. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping the candidate experience and supporting our mission to attract top talent. In this role, youll help accelerate the growth of the MAI division by delivering a seamless hiring process and partnering closely with recruiting teams. Youll collaborate with executive office staff, remove roadblocks, and make informed decisions to keep objectives on track.
