Talent Sourcing Specialist
Leads building the sourcing and candidate pipeline process for the organization. Supports and assists the recruitment function by sourcing and developing candidate pipelines to deliver the very best talent to meet operational need. Uses various methods and resources to identify, attract, and deliver top talent. This position is fully remote. The following states are currently paused for sourcing new candidates or for new relocation requests from current caregivers : California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington. What You'll Do
Drive Strategy & Impact : Partner with Portfolio Management to design innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles using pipelines, data insights, and creative outreach.
Analyze & Optimize : Collaborate with HR Analytics to measure campaign success and recommend improvements that keep us ahead of the curve.
Champion Diversity : Build and maintain a diverse, qualified candidate pipeline that reflects our values and vision.
Create Buzz : Work with TA Marketing to craft compelling job ads and leverage social media to attract top talent.
Be Our Brand Ambassador : Represent Intermountain at career events and build strong community partnerships to uncover future talent.
Engage & Connect : Proactively develop relationships with candidates, share opportunities, and keep talent engaged across the organization.
Hunt for the Best : Use cold calling and creative sourcing techniques to connect with candidates who align with our mission.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
Preferred Qualifications
Intermediate knowledge of employment regulations / law regarding sourcing.
Physical Requirements
Interact with others requiring employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information.
Operate computers, telephones, office equipment, and manipulate paper requiring the ability to move fingers and hands.
See and read computer monitors and documents.
Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $33.75 - $53.16
