Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer (.NET / React) on behalf of our client in Newton, MA. This role is ideal for a hands-on software engineer with expertise in .NET backend development and React frontend development. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and applications using C# and .NET technologies.

• Build and support RESTful APIs, business logic, and system integrations.

• Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable application components.

• Integrate applications with relational databases and external systems.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and enhance application performance, reliability, and security.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices.

Frontend Development

• Design and build modern, responsive web applications using React.

• Develop reusable UI components and interactive user interfaces.

• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services.

• Implement business requirements and translate them into functional application features.

• Debug, optimize, and maintain consistent user experiences across applications.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-stack application development.

• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET development.

• Hands-on experience building web applications using React.

• Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs.

• Strong understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.

• Experience with debugging, testing, version control, and software development best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise application integrations and distributed systems.

• Exposure to data processing, data integration, or data engineering workflows.

• Familiarity with modern software development methodologies, including Agile practices.

• Experience optimizing application performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Knowledge of TypeScript and modern frontend development practices.
