Position Overview

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join an outpatient therapy team in Roanoke, Virginia. This opportunity is open to both experienced clinicians and new graduates who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care while continuing to develop their clinical skills in a supportive, clinician-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, sports-related, and post-operative conditions.

• Develop individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.

• Collaborate with colleagues and healthcare providers to support positive patient outcomes.

• Utilize clinical technology to support efficient documentation and patient care.

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Required Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or qualifying equivalent.

• Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.

• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills.

• Commitment to compassionate, evidence-informed, patient-centered care.
