Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized outpatient therapy to children and adolescents, focusing on evidence-based practices and tailored treatment plans.
• Engage in regular collaboration with fellow clinicians and healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care approaches.
• Conduct thorough assessments, documenting client progress and treatment interventions, using our electronic health record system.
• Participate in regular supervision and consultation sessions to enhance clinical skills and decision-making processes.
• Play an active role in onboarding and mentoring new team members by sharing expertise and insights.
• Address client needs through a patient-centered approach, fostering trust and openness in therapeutic relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your responsibilities will center around diverse youth populations, providing critical mental health support to children and teenagers navigating various challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your ability to connect with and understand the unique experiences of young clients will be instrumental in helping them achieve positive therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current licensure in the State of California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience providing outpatient mental health services.
• Strong clinical boundaries and ethical standards in practice.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in trauma-informed care and understanding of child development.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective case management and coordination.
• A strong commitment to continuous professional development and clinical excellence.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
