Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs, tailoring treatment plans accordingly to ensure the best outcomes.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions to clients using various evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate effectively with clients to set therapeutic goals, facilitating an environment that encourages open communication and trust.
• Utilize our teletherapy platform to connect with clients who prefer virtual appointments, making mental health care more accessible to all.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of sessions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training and continuing education opportunities offered by Wellness Bridge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our focus includes adolescents and young adults navigating a wide spectrum of mental health challenges. You will play a pivotal role in providing support to clients managing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. This position emphasizes an empathetic approach, creating a safe space for clients to express their concerns.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC is required.
• Demonstrated experience providing telehealth therapy to diverse client groups.
• Proficiency in using technology platforms, including Google Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, necessary for building rapport with clients and documenting case notes effectively.
• Maintain a professional presentation in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work autonomously from a home office while ensuring patient confidentiality.

Preferred Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Familiarity with training in evidence-based care pathways used by Wellness Bridge.
• Comfort with engaging with a variety of therapeutic frameworks and methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additionally, you will benefit from:
