To succeed, you should enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic, customer service and deadline-oriented environment.At least 18 years of ageHigh School Diploma or GED9+ months of work history (customer service experience preferred)Computer and typing skills requiredExcellent attendanceSelf-starter with great attention to detailCustomer service mindsetStrong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong work ethicA competitive spirit, an unrelenting drive to be the bestAbility to learn new information and integrate processesAchieve schedule adherence and compliance expectationsMeet productivity and call quality standards as set by the companyProblem solving skills & ability to recommend solutionsAdditional Information:Training: CBE provides 3 weeks of paid training, no call center experience necessary!Day shift available for full-time workCompensation: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour plus commissions.This position pays a base wage + commission.
