Key Responsibilities of the RN - OR - Operating Room
- Meet patient's priority needs through assessment and interdisciplinary care planning
- Provide and/or delegate care based on patient needs
- Evaluate patients' responses to care
- Ensure professional communication and documentation
- Preceptor and/or resource other staff members
Requirements of the RN - OR - Operating Room
- Minimum of 2 years OR experience
- NE/Compact RN license - active and in good standing
- BLS - American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- EPIC experience within the past year
- Expertise in General, Ortho, ENT, Vascular, GYN, Urology, and Robotics (da Vinci)
