Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle O2C Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite R12, Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and Advanced Pricing. The ideal candidate will have experience in production support, functional configuration, integrations, and business process improvements across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional support for Oracle Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, iSupplier, iProcurement, and BOM/WIP modules.
• Support and troubleshoot production issues, resolve functional queries, and provide timely solutions to business users.
• Participate in product enhancements, integration projects, and additional business requirement implementations.
• Guide business users on Oracle ERP functionality and assist with day-to-day business transactions.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Perform functional configuration, prepare functional designs, and support solution design activities.
• Work with Oracle tables and AOL objects related to the relevant functional modules.
• Support P2P and O2C business processes and ensure smooth integration across Oracle modules.
• Participate in implementation, enhancement, and production support activities.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and Advanced Pricing.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 is mandatory.
• Experience with iSupplier, iProcurement, and BOM/WIP.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles.
• Experience with production support, functional enhancements, and integration projects.
• At least 2 production support project experiences are required.
• Experience with 1–2 full-cycle implementations is preferred.
• Familiarity with Oracle tables and AOL objects.
• Strong functional configuration, functional design, and solution design skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to travel and work in shifts, if required.
