Customer Success Specialist

Map Your Show (MYS) is a rapidly growing software company looking for a Customer Success Specialist who resides in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. In this vital role, you will deliver essential support to our customers.

About This Role

This position starts with a hands-on onboarding period that gets you up to speed on the MYS software suite, internal tools, and the trade show industry. You will collaborate closely with new and existing clients to gather materials and data for implementing our software into their businesses, train their teams, and provide ongoing support.

The role is primarily on-site in our Cincinnati office during training and evolves to a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities Include

• Delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

• Managing projects from implementation and onboarding stages to launch.

• Training clients on how to use our software via Microsoft Teams and/or Zoom.

• Responding to incoming client calls and emails.

• Minimal travel required for onsite client support and/or training (0-5 trips per year).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 2+ years of relevant experience in customer success, support, or account management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

• Proven strong work ethic and positive attitude.
