Participation is optional.For the right candidate, this position can serve as a flexible way to maintain clinical practice while earning additional income.*For those seeking only PRN, please note that: Hours vary significantly from week to week while some weeks may offer multiple available shifts, or limited hours, or no available hours at all. No minimum number of hours is guaranteed for PRN positions.Friendly Travel ExpectationsFor PT Positions: Willingness to travel to and from all client residences to provide care during scheduled, agreed-upon dates and times, up to at least a 30-minute radius, is required.Your service area is based upon client-specific locations and your acceptance to support them.Clients are typically sought to reside within 0-30 minutes of your home, and willingness to cover clients up to a 45- or 60-minute radius is highly preferred, especially if additional hours / additional clients are desired (not required).For PRN Shifts / Positions: up to a 30-minute radius (from your home) is required, and willingness to cover clients up to a 45- or 60-minute radius is highly desired.Typical Shift AvailabilityMost available assignments occur during:Weekdays (Monday through Friday)Morning start times typically between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AMAfternoon/evening end times typically between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PMWeekend opportunities may occasionally become available but are not guaranteed.Late Evening & Overnight opportunities are rare; those applying with only these as available shifts may not be considered at this time.Shift lengths and schedules vary by client and assignment, and may vary day-to-day, week-to-week for Caregivers.Starting PaySTNA, CNA & DSP: $16 - $19 per hourHHA, PCA & CHHA: $15 - $18 per hourHourly Pay is based on experience, travel, qualifications and certifications, skill specializations, positive employment & job tenure history, positive professional references, and overall client & team fit.
