As an Occupational Therapy Assistant PRN (Per Diem) at Jupiter, you will play a vital role in helping individuals of all ages achieve their highest level of independence and well-being. Our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation and Nursing facility is committed to providing exceptional care and customer service to our community, and we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team.

About the Role:

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to design and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients regain independence and function in their daily lives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting occupational therapists with patient evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation

• Providing occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient environments

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans

• Providing education and support to patients and their families to ensure successful discharge and return to their daily lives

Requirements:

• Minimum 0 years of experience in Occupational Therapy Assistant role

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field preferred

• Possess a current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and organizational skills
