This position offers the chance to work in a boutique law firm specializing in personal injury cases, providing crucial support to our attorneys and making a positive impact on our clients' lives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all pre-litigation phases of personal injury cases, including case management, document retrieval and client communication.
• Occasionally assist with conducting initial client interviews to gather information and assist with client intake procedures.
• Organize and maintain case files, including medical records, police reports, and other relevant documents.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, insurance adjusters, and government entities, both orally and in writing.
• Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and maintaining attorney-client communication.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury law.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and civil litigation procedures.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and the ability to review and summarize medical records.
