Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI / Multi-Agent Workflow Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows that automate business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in agent orchestration frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool integration, workflow design, and production-grade AI systems.

Candidates must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York tri-state area and be willing to work onsite three days per week, with two days remote. Travel to Amazon customer locations may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement autonomous AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
• Build agent orchestration solutions using LangGraph, CrewAI, or comparable frameworks.
• Design tool contracts and reliable API integrations for agent execution.
• Implement RAG pipelines and retrieval engineering for accurate context injection.
• Develop observability, evaluation, security guardrails, and reliability controls for AI agents.
• Conduct discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
• Test, troubleshoot, evaluate, and refine agent workflows based on business requirements and user feedback.
• Collaborate with customers and engineering teams to support deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Translate business requirements into practical, production-ready AI solutions.

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience with agentic AI and multi-agent workflow development.
• Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of RAG and retrieval engineering.
• Experience with API integrations, tool calling, and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of AI observability, evaluation, security guardrails, and responsible AI.
• Strong business process analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience conducting workshops and delivering customer-facing technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in accounting and financial operations.
• Knowledge of month-end and year-end financial close processes.
• Experience deploying enterprise AI solutions in production environments.

Work Authorization
