Internal Medicine opening in Sioux City, IowaLocated on Tri-State border of Iowa, Nebraska, and South DakotaPosition Details:

• Full-time, permanent position

• Employed
\n
• Physician would practice only in the outpatient setting
\n
• Established and rapidly growing practice
\n
• Clinic will be staffed with 5 MDs and 2 APPs
\n
• Competitive compensation and benefits package Including sign-on bonus, relocation, 401k with employee match, etc

• Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients extremely well
\n
• Onsite services (x-ray, lab, etc.)
\n
• 36 patient contact hours with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access.
\n
• Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination
\n

Responsibilities:\n
• Average patients/day: 18-22
\n
• Call schedule requirement is strictly telephonic
\n
• 1:1 Provider to Nurse ratio
\n
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills
\n
• Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
\n
• Provide the best outcome for every patient every time
Qualifications:\n
• MD or DO
\n
• Board Certified
\n
• Hold an unrestricted license to practice medicine in Iowa
\n
• Eligible to work in the United States
\n
• Ability to work as a team member
\n
