Business Systems Analyst - CIS

Business Systems Analyst Location: Fontana, CA Work Arrangement: On-site Position Overview SuperbTech, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Specialist to support a confidential client's Customer Information System (CIS) and related business applications. This position provides hands-on application support, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, release coordination, documentation, and process improvement. The specialist works closely with Billing, Customer Service, Accounting, IT, and software vendors to maintain accurate, reliable business operations. This role also provides backup support for daily CIS and billing activities during supervisor absences or as assigned. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a subject matter expert for CIS functions, including customer accounts, billing cycles, rates, adjustments, payments, collections, service orders, reporting, and account , patches, hotfixes, and new releases by reviewing release notes, prerequisites, dependencies, known defects, and operational , readiness checklists, test data, deployment communications, and post-release monitoring with IT, vendors, and business , test plans, reusable test scripts, expected results, and supporting , integration, regression, smoke, and negative-path testing. Document defects, coordinate resolutions, and retest , test, and training environments, including environment refreshes, configuration consistency, access validation, scheduled jobs, and test data , accounts receivable transactions, general ledger mappings, debit and credit postings, payment processing, reconciliation, and financial system , batch processes, imports, exports, reports, and data , service requests, product defects, and enhancement requests with software vendors and , recommend workflow or configuration improvements, and evaluate impacts on existing , training, documentation, and knowledge , including billing-cycle readiness, batch processing oversight, exception resolution, prioritization, and escalation within authorized responsibilities. Qualifications | Must Have's Three or more years of progressively responsible experience supporting CIS or similarly complex enterprise business , troubleshooting, and resolving issues within complex business application , customer accounts, billing, service orders, batch processing, reporting, and utility , developing test scenarios, performing regression testing, and coordinating user acceptance testing and production , communication, documentation, prioritization, and cross-functional problem-solving 's license and acceptable driving record. Preferred QualificationsSubstantial hands-on experience with CIS version , accounting controls, general ledger, accounts payable, procurement, inventory, and Infor applications.
