We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst within the manufacturing industry to join a growing team.

Financial Analyst Responsibilities :

• Analyze, interpret and communicate sales, cost and expense variances to management
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly Board and financial reporting
• Contribute to the forecasting and budget setting process
• Demonstrates consistent ability to balance a sense of urgency against measured thinking and attention to detail.

Financial Analyst Experience :

• Ability to conceptualize and analyze issues, with proven planning, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong data & analytics skills, including Excel proficiency and other programs such as Adaptive Planning, PowerBI, Access and Tableau
• Excellent interpersonal skills, project management skills, with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics, MBA highly desired
• Minimum of 7 years FP&A positions in large, complex environments
