What You'll Do

In this role, you'll focus on supporting union members who request information about their benefits. Daily activities include :

• Handling inbound and outbound calls
• Setting appointments and conducting virtual presentations
• Reviewing benefits and options with members
• Completing and processing necessary paperwork
• Ensuring quality control and client satisfaction
• Building leadership skills and growing into advanced roles
