Company Overview

Founded 10+ years ago and headquartered in the Greater Phoenix area, we are a cutting edge company in the manufacturing space. Our team specializes in creating energy storage solutions, including EV batteries and other advanced energy systems. We are growing and looking to add a Controller to the mixture.

Position Overview

The Controller will oversee all financial aspects of the company, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role is critical in managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while ensuring the integrity of financial data and alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and reporting of the company's financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Direct the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial targets are met.
• Oversee the accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Coordinate and lead the external audit process and liaise with auditors as needed.
• Implement and maintain effective financial controls and procedures across the organization.
• Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance.
• Provide financial analysis and support for strategic decision-making.
