Key Responsibilities
Respond to high-volume HR inquiries via phone and email
Assist with HR systems navigation and document cases accurately
Escalate complex issues to HR Specialists or HRBPs
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's preferred
1-2 years of HR, customer service, or administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of HR policies and ability to maintain confidentiality
Comfortable handling high-volume phone calls and escalations
