Sodexo has an exciting opportunity for a talented Dining Services General Manager 4 to lead the Campus Dining team at University of Nebraska in Omaha Dodge Campus, in Omaha, NE.

Passion for quality dining and sustainable practices are key for this management position.

• As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the successful coordination and direction of all daily activities related to food service including : developing strong partnerships with the client;
• ensuring strong customer dining experience ; budgeting, forecasting and financial platform maintenance; developing staff for promotions;

and a high-proficiency in technological savvy and managing complex software programs.

Are You the ONE? The Ideal Candidate will :

• Have 3 5 years of food operations management experience at a General Manager level in a high-volume dining setting, Sodexo or other contract management experience preferred
• Have a demonstrated history of successful, diverse team leadership within a food service environment, with a strong focus on Food Retail concepts and marketing
• Be proficient in use of on-line Food Management Systems for menu and recipe planning, ordering and inventory and financial reporting
• Demonstrate proven financial acumen, success managing food and labor costs and systems.
• Be a people person with a strong focus with maintaining positive client relations and experience successfully mentoring and developing the team
• Be a solid leader who is perceptive and applies attention to details that make a difference in quality and presentation of food, while providing exceptional customer service
• Be customer and client focused, including providing quality dining options in a welcoming dining environment
