We are currently seeking a dynamic, experienced Consulting HR Generalist to join our Accounting + Finance team. This role is pivotal in shaping our company culture, nurturing our team dynamics, and driving our talent management strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources functions, including employee relations, talent management, and HR administration. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in HR to contribute to our company's growth and success.
Responsibilities :
1. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on a wide range of HR topics including employee relations, talent management, performance management, and organizational development.
2. Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and alignment with company goals.
3. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
4. Provide performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
5. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
6. Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs, participating in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
7. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to daily management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
8. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
9. Drive the talent management strategy, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, development, performance management, and succession planning.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
2. Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources roles, with a focus on employee relations and talent management.
3. Proven experience in the Accounting + Finance industry.
4. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
5. Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
6. Strong experience with HR metrics and ability to use data to make informed decisions.
7. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
8. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
9. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
10. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
