Job Description
Tasks :
- Strategic and operational leadership of the agile business performance area
- Development and implementation of tailored concepts for agile transformations at team, department, and organizational levels
- Consulting clients on agile frameworks, scaling models, and change management
- Active expansion of our customer portfolio including sales activities and proposal creation
- Leadership, coaching, and development of an interdisciplinary team
- Representation of our company with clients, at events, and in professional bodies
