Job descriptionEnter new prescriptions for patients and process exceptions. Contact physician offices and patients as needed. Provide pharmacist call-back and / or patient quality assurance support. Enter patient demographics and prescription data into processing systems. Work with new patient / new referral imaging folders. Load insurance plan and coordination of benefits for new patients / referrals. Participate in review / audit of test claims for new patients / referrals. Process reorders and handle email distribution as needed. Perform image indexing and AE report filing. Provide primary support for specialized programs (e.g., ETT or Pharma). Handle special program responsibilities and disease-state specific support. Support Back-End operations such as picking, packing, and manifesting as business needs require. Other registered and / or licensed responsibilities as judgment or necessity dictate. Must be a certified and / or licensed Pharmacy Technician (based on state requirements). Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pharmacy Tech Front-End Highlights :
- Schedule : Monday???Friday, 6 : 00 AM ??? 2 : 30 PM (option to start at 7 : 00 AM if needed; 6 : 00 AM preferred). Opportunities for evening / weekend overtime available.
- Pay Range : $18.50 ??? $21.50 hourly
- Training : 12 weeks, 6 : 00 AM ??? 2 : 30 PM. A group start is preferred if possible.
