HR Operations Manager - US (Compliance, Comp & Benefits, HRIS)
Location : remote in Eastern or Central time zone, USA (with some travel)
Compensation : $90-$100k base doe plus bonus
Our client is a fast-growing global technology firm providing IT consulting and solutions to industries ranging from financial services to manufacturing, The company seeks an experienced HR Operations Manager for its US division, who will report to its US Head of Human Resources.
The HR Operations Managers purview will include HRIS systems and data, compensation and benefits, and compliance. This role will ensure compliance in matters of US labor laws and employment, C&B programs, and employee relations. The manager will be responsible for ensuring the company has a strong, competitive compensation program supporting its high-performing culture.

Experienceworkinginglobal / matrixedenvironmentsandcollaboratingacrossgeographies.
AbletotraveltoUSofficelocationsasneeded
Strategicthinkerwithexecutiondiscipline.
Excellentinterpersonal,communication,andinfluencingskills.
Strongproblem-solvinganddecision-makingcapabilities.
