Location : Los Angeles, CA

Position Overview

The primary function of the Territory Sales Representative is to achieve sales growth and net hearing instrument sales while building, growing, and maintaining customer relationships. Candidates must live within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the net hearing instrument sales quota on both a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Initiate and conduct outreach to prospective clients to develop new business opportunities.
• Attend customer meetings, tradeshows, and conferences.
• Actively manage high-priority customer accounts to strengthen relationships and increase market share.
• Prepare an annual territory business plan to be reviewed and updated quarterly with the Sales Manager.
• The plan should include monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and zoning of sales targets within the region.
• Sales growth to coincide with corporate goals.
• Work effectively with the Sales Manager in prospecting, developing, and recruiting new customers each month.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and information updates in the CRM system.
• Regularly update management with accurate sales reports and strategic recommendations.
• Represent SyncLync at industry trade shows and conferences, requiring travel.
