Clinician (Lehigh Valley ACT)

Position Summary :

The Clinician will design and direct the implementation of individualized behavioral / therapeutic treatment plans, goals, and methods of intervention made in conjunction with clinical, direct support, management staff and family or other support networks for the program participant. Provides direct clinical care services through individual counseling sessions, community and residence direct interactions as well as through support network communication. A commitment to the RHD values should be demonstrated as job duties are performed.

• Conducts screening and assessments using validated screening tools to assess for depression, trauma, substance use, and risk / needs associated with criminal risk.
