  • you love sharing wins, supporting colleagues, and collaborating to solve problems Solid organizational skills to juggle multiple clients, tasks, and follow-ups efficiently Basic computer literacy for CRM tools, emails, and reporting Professionalism and integrity : you take pride in representing the company and the solutions you offer High energy, self-motivation, and a genuine curiosity to keep learning every day   What A Client Account Manager Will Be Doing : Build and nurture trusting relationships with residential clients, becoming their go-to advisor for pest control needs Deliver clear, confident, and personalized sales presentations of pest control solutions that speak to each client’s unique concerns Shadow senior account managers to learn proven strategies, then gradually lead your own client interactions as you grow Collaborate closely with the operations team and fellow Client Account Managers to ensure service requests and follow-ups run smoothly and exceed client expectations Track your client portfolio’s activity, feedback, and needs to improve engagement and retention continuously Handle incoming inquiries with professionalism, turning questions into opportunities and objections into solutions Participate in workshops and training sessions to deepen your product knowledge and sharpen your sales skills Set and achieve personal and team-based goals, celebrating wins big and small along the way Actively contribute ideas during team meetings to make processes, campaigns, and client experiences even better   Sales, Marketing, and Pest-Free Living Here’s what we do - and why we stand out : We partner with pest control pros who eliminate what creeps and crawls We boost brand visibility with bold, people-powered campaigns We train our reps to be product experts and customer advocates We build trust, close deals, and raise customer satisfaction rates We keep things strategic, efficient, and totally action-ready We make pest control conversations actually interesting We care about clean homes, healthy communities, and upward mobility   In this role, your income grows with your results.
