As a Senior Manager,you’llpartner with our clientsto solve complex business problems and provide best-in-class advice and solutions.You'lldevelop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking, and devise solutions to support your clients' needs throughusing thelatest tools and methods. You’lldevelop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery. You’llfoster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market.You will also be a mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?
Demonstratedexperience with:
Core healthcare supply chain processes such as Demand and Supply Planning for clinical and non-clinical needs, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Accounts Payable, Inventory and Materials Management, Par Management, and the movement and replenishment of supplies across care sites and facilities.
Designing and implementing modern healthcare supply chain solutions thatleverageautomation, analytics, and emerging capabilities such as AI/ML and predictive analytics to improve sourcing, procurement, inventory management, supplier performance, and payment processes.
Traditional technologies that support key supply chain functions, such as Contract Lifecycle Management, Source-to-Pay, Third Party Risk Management/Monitoring, Warehouse Management Systems,andOrder ManagementSystems.
Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data.
Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network,including withsenior executives.
Successfully pursuing business development opportunities andidentifyingand implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele.
Ability to translate and communicateissues, risk, or challengesto client personnel, including executives.
Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals,mentoringand coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree inarelevant discipline (e.g.,Supply Chain, Operations, or Business-Related Field).
7+ years working inConsulting, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field, either in professional services or industry.
Workday Pro Procure to Pay Services Certification and Financial Management Data Loading Services Certificationarestronglypreferred.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word,Exceland PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio,Access.
Professional Certification such as CPM, CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, PMP, Six Sigma/ Lean Six Sigma, Certified Scrum Professional, or similar strongly preferred.
Our Hybrid Workplace
Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements vary by client, project, team, and other business factors. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.
$139,000.00 - $224,000.00
Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

$158,460.00 - $255,360.00
Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
