We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced construction contracts and procurement professional to join our Capital Procurement and Strategic Real Estate team. You will report to AVP of Global Capital and Strategic Real Estate Procurement. This role will be located at the start-up site and is pivotal in supporting our company's ambitious multi-billion capital expansion plans in the next decade. This role will lead our construction capital procurement team at a new greenfield start-up site. The ideal candidate will have experience leading and developing construction procurement teams that support mega industrial capital projects. A deep understanding of construction capital procurement life cycle is essential. Successful candidate will be responsible for the acquisition of engineering, automation, equipment and construction services by leading supplier selection, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management with key global suppliers, as well as providing account management to ensure alignment between Procurement and its business partners.
The prospective candidate will be required to relocate to the start-up site in the US once established with locations to be determined.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $154,500 - $226,600.
