Interim Administrative Director, Surgical And Ambulatory Services
The position requires an interim administrative director to oversee all functions associated with the operating room, anesthesia, PACU, same day surgery / OPR, and sterile processing, as well as ambulatory care areas including urgent care centers, vascular access center, workplace health, and endoscopy center in accordance with hospital policies and practices.
Key responsibilities include leading day-to-day department operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong, collaborative leadership, extensive experience in perioperative services, be a highly visible leader, highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements :
- Master's degree required.
- Active RN license required.
- Significant experience in perioperative services, ambulatory care operations, and surgical services leadership required.

Compensation Range : $165,000 to $175,000 annually.The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation.
