Action Property Management is expanding into the Coachella Valley, and we are looking for a hands-on, dynamic Regional Manager to lead this exciting growth. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape an emerging market for California's premier property management company.
Compensation : $110k-$135k depending upon experience
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales : Partner with our Sales & Marketing teams, actively participate in presentations, and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Account Leadership : Personally manage new accounts in the early stages, ensuring seamless onboarding and high client satisfaction until a local team is in place.
- Regional Growth : Build and scale operations, recruiting and mentoring team members as the region expands.
- Leadership & Strategy : Inspire excellence, establish a strong culture, and align the region's goals with Action's vision.
Qualifications
7+ years of progressive HOA management experience, including large-scale communitiesBachelor's degree preferredCMCA required (or ability to obtain within 6 months); AMS and PCAM highly desirableStrong knowledge of HOA governing documents, compliance requirements, and financial reportingProven success managing diverse portfolios, driving growth, and building high-performing teamsOnsite management experience preferred, with exposure to high-profile accountsDemonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and guide boards, staff, and vendorsExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsWhy Join Action?
