Regional Manager Children's Dental FunZone (Santa Ana, CA)

Full-Time | Pay Range : $70,000 $95,000 annually

Children's Dental FunZone is a fast-growing, multi-location pediatric dental practice with 17 offices across Southern California. We're passionate about creating a fun, welcoming environment for kids and their families while delivering top-quality dental care.

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to oversee operations at our Santa Ana location, ensuring efficiency, excellence, and a positive culture that supports both our patients and our team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and support the Santa Ana office team to meet company goals and deliver outstanding patient experiences.
• Manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and office performance.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to managers and staff.
• Analyze KPIs, production goals, and operational reports to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Partner with executive leadership to implement new processes, strategies, and company initiatives.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture while ensuring accountability.
