Job description
A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of Salesforce consulting engagements by translating business needs into functional requirements and system specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements and user stories through discovery sessions
Perform hands-on configuration tasks and assist in solution design discussions
Develop test scripts, coordinate user acceptance testing, and support training delivery for end-users
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
1-3 years of experience in a Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator role
Salesforce Administrator Certification is required
Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related modules
Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile project delivery methodologies
