Key Responsibilities

Oversee the Sales and Marketing operations, including budget management and revenue forecasting

Supervise and train sales managers, interns, and administrative staff to achieve company goals

Manage the contractual agreement process and maintain relationships with key accounts

Required Qualifications

6+ years of progressive hotel sales experience

Hospitality or Hotel Management degree is a plus

Strong presentation skills and a service-first mindset

High energy with a motivational leadership style

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
