We are looking for a NYC-based Marketing Operations Specialist to join our talented, dynamic, and rapidly growing global team. You'll report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations and work closely with both Marketing and Sales teams to keep our campaigns running smoothly, uncover insights through smart reporting, and make sure we're getting the most out of our martech stack. Along the way, you'll spot opportunities to automate processes, improve lead flow, and help the team move faster and smarter.

Marketing Operations Specialist Responsibilities

• Own and optimize marketing automation workflows in Marketo
• Manage lead scoring models, routing processes, and database hygiene to ensure data quality and campaign effectiveness
• Build campaign performance dashboards and reports to measure ROI and provide actionable insights to the marketing and sales teams
• Collaborate closely with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing leadership to optimize the lead lifecycle and ensure smooth handoffs between teams
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate and enhance the marketing technology stack, ensuring alignment with overall revenue operations strategy
• Support campaign execution with a focus on process automation, reporting accuracy, and continuous optimization
