ABOUT THE ROLE

We operate an outbound-driven GTM motion and are looking for a (Senior) Marketing Operations Manager, US (m / f / d) to build and scale the marketing engine behind it. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of marketing operations-spanning processes, data, automation, and tooling-and performance marketing, including paid acquisition, ABM, and lifecycle growth.

Your mission : ensure every campaign, channel, and SDR sequence runs on clean data, integrated tech, and actionable insights-all to drive a high-quality pipeline at scale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Marketing Operations (≈50%)

  • Architect, administer, and continuously optimize our revenue tech stack (HubSpot, GA4, DreamData,etc.).
  • Design end-to-end lead-management and scoring flows that ensure airtight hand-offs to Sales.
  • Implement and operationalize intent and signal tools (e.g. 6sense, Bombora, Demandbase) to surface the right accounts at the right time.
  • Own data hygiene, enrichment, and attribution modeling; partner with RevOps to maintain a single source of truth.
  • Build dashboards and automate reporting that give Marketing & Sales instant visibility into funnel health and campaign performance.

Performance & Growth Marketing (≈35%)

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid programs across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic, and emerging channels.
  • Develop outbound-aligned, multi-touch ABM plays targeting our ICP across the buyer journey.
  • Run growth experiments (A / B, multivariate) to improve conversion and lower CAC across web, landing pages, and nurture sequences.
  • Collaborate with Content & Design on creative, messaging, and offers tailored to segment and intent stage.

    • Cross-Functional Enablement (≈15%)

  • Partner daily with RevOps & Sales to translate intent data into outreach cadences that convert.
  • Forecast pipeline impacts, budget allocation, and ROI for quarterly planning.

    • WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing (ops) experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or payments, with a focus on sales enablement, partnerships and event marketing.
  • Proven success launching go-to-market campaigns, managing cross-channel initiatives, and owning lead-gen KPIs.
  • Strong grasp of marketing tools, CRM, and marketing automation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and an ability to adapt content for different formats and personas.
  • Experience with performance marketing is a strong plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action; you thrive in a test-and-learn environment.
  • Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, remote-friendly startup environment.
  • Authorization to work in the United States; based in or willing to relocate to New York.
