This position is in Cargills food ingredients and bio-industrial business, where we anticipate trends around taste, nutrition and safety to innovate and provide solutions to manufacturers, retailers and foodservice companies.

Compensation : $26.50 / hr

Principal Accountabilities :
- Clear crane, monorail conveyor, trolley and elevator faults as needed
- Clear images and monitor Single Point of Contact(SPOC) and help maintain inventory accuracy
- Work closely with maintenance and Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) Lead to identify issues that need immediate attention
- Escalate any system issues as they occur
- Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations(including food safety policies and procedures)
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications :
- Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
- Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility
- Must be able to perform physical job duties with or without reasonable accommodation : bending, kneeling, lifting 50 pounds, climbing, crawling, and twisting
- Ability to work in elevated areas(4 feet or above)
- Must be able to read / write English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic maintenance skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment
Preferred Qualifications :
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Previous experience operating forklift
- Basic mechanical experience
- Prior experience in production related work
