Latin America Account Manager
Lead Latin America Account Management Office, including team professional staff to represent company in building relationships with partners, vendors, distributors, clients, and nurture long term growth for company's computer repair business. Analyze customer requirements and make strategic decision on internal requirements for delivery of operational excellence in project execution, including cross-functional deliverables, resources, pricing, timing, quality control and issue resolution. Responsible for day-to-day decisions in leading the team for implementation and execution of customer projects. Oversee the Account Management Office and set work and implementation plans, internal procedures, and best practices in execution of client projects. Determine key performance indicators and other operational goals for the office, and process for performance tracking and reporting using PowerPoint, MyService for production operations, PMCS for procurement process, SAP. Set performance goals for each client project, including quality, cost, time, profitability, etc. Manage relationship with customers and vendors, determining solution to be offered, deciding on best execution of the project ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and accomplishing corporate goals. Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients perform data analysis on needs assessment, think strategically and find business continuity opportunities. Must have Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience.
