About the role :
The Principal Technical TA Partner will scale the engineering and product teams that power our clients' AI platform. This senior IC role carries full cycle ownership, from defining roles with leaders to sourcing and closing candidates, while ensuring a high bar for talent and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering and product leaders to define success profiles and hiring strategy
- Source and engage top software engineering talent, with product as a secondary focus
- Maintain a rigorous quality bar while driving efficient process execution
- Own end to end recruiting from intake to close and onboarding handoff
- Provide market intelligence on compensation, talent availability, and competitive dynamics
- Apply AI recruiting tools to expand reach and reduce cycle time
Qualifications : Must Have :
Significant in-house recruiting experience, typically 7+ years, including time spent at high-growth companies where you owned full-cycle hiring with a focus on technical roles such as software engineering and productProven ability to deliver early hiring wins while maintaining a high bar for talentExecutive-level presence and credibility to represent the company to senior candidatesHands-on sourcing capability combined with strong candidate closing skillsTrack record of building scalable recruiting processes in lean, fast-paced environmentsNice to Have :
