Job descriptionOne (1) years of general facilities maintenance experience required. Ability to read and understand verbal and written directions. Must be able to climb stairs and ladders, and be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time Commitment to working safely and to standards required. Demonstrated ability to be self-directed, team orientated, work with minimum supervision and lead by example. A comprehensive compensation package including bonuses and benefits. SMS is seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused Pressure Washer - Maintenance Helper employee at our Jackson, TN location.
- Must be able to pass a physical and drug screen
- Responsibilities :
- Performs general facility pressure washer cleaning Assist in performing routine preventive maintenance tasks Replacing lightbulbs and other light electrical work Makes repairs / paint to interior walls, tile, carpet and coverings made of various materials Help with basic installations and repairs Maintain a clean and safe working environment, handle tools and equipment used for maintenance work.
