Director of Sales & Marketing

Schedule : Days / Varied

Pay : $115,000-$130,000 BOE

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Two years supervisory / management experience to include hiring staff, coaching, performance management and daily operations supervision
  • 3-5 years of successful marketing and sales experience with meeting or exceeding goals
  • Previous experience with a Life Plan Senior Living Community strongly recommended or Rental Senior Living Community considered
  • Superlative communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate good judgement, time management, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Passion for seniors
  • Ability to identify and build relationships within the local area that drives business into the community
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office, Sales Force, & the ability to learn new applications as needed
  • Excellent written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate both small and large group presentations
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours as needed
