Job Overview :
We’re looking for a Sales Representative with experience in commercial roofing —someone who knows the industry, understands building owners and facility managers, and can hit the ground running. You’ll focus on identifying new opportunities, managing existing accounts, and helping clients find the right roofing solutions for their needs.
Responsibilities :
Prospect and develop new commercial roofing opportunities (re-roof, service, repair)
Conduct site visits, roof inspections, and client presentations
Work with internal estimators and operations teams to prepare proposals and close deals
Manage and grow relationships with owners, property managers, and GCs
Track sales activity in CRM and report on pipeline and performance
Represent the company at industry events, tradeshows, and networking functions
Collaborate with leadership to meet sales goals and refine strategy in the Atlanta market
Ideal Background :
3+ years of sales experience in commercial roofing
Strong network within the property management or commercial construction space
Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build lasting client relationships
Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, metal, etc.)
Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently
Based in or around the Greater Atlanta area
