Systems Administrator II
This position resides within a team responsible for core identity and access management services, including enterprise-wide Active Directory administration, Azure service principal lifecycle management, and Conditional Access policy governance. The ideal candidate will bring mid-level Azure expertise, strong Windows Server administration skills, and experience managing Microsoft PKI infrastructure. Familiarity with automation and scripting in support of these services is highly valued.

JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE
Actively monitors and remediates alerts from SHS infrastructure. Participates in incident, request, configuration and change management according to ITIL standards and established service level agreements (SLA). Acts as point of escalation for incident / request remediation. Responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance / upgrades, patching and troubleshooting of SHS Information Systems infrastructure.
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
Information Services is committed to providing leadership, support, and coordination of technology at Samaritan Health Services. The IS Infrastructure department provides a robust, agile, and secure IT Infrastructure that supports SHS business objectives. The infrastructure includes, but is not limited to the following services : data network, voice, Windows and Linux server, data center, centralized endpoint management, enterprise operations and automation.
EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's degree (preferably in a related field) or equivalent experience required.
Three (3) years experience in systems administration required.
Industry recognized, current and relevant certification preferred.
SHS IS Infrastructure :
If assigned to Epic Certified Systems Administrator role, Epic certification (ECSA) required within six (6) months of hire.
If assigned to Epic Operational Database Administrator role, Epic certification (ODBA) required within six (6) months of hire.
