Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, text, and email as the first line of support
Become a product expert on the signup process and earned wage advance products
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive user experience and support Clair's mission
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a customer support role; Tier 2 support or tech experience is a plus
1+ years of experience using Zendesk
Aptitude for numbers and math to assist users with financial inquiries
Commitment to understanding the financial challenges faced by hourly workers
Enthusiasm for joining a startup in the fintech space and willingness to learn
