We are actively seeking an accomplished Senior Lead for our M&A Integration Team to serve as a key driver in executing complex mergers and acquisitions. This strategic role involves leading seamless integrations across operations, systems, culture, and strategic initiatives to maximize the value of each deal. You will champion continuous improvement, orchestrate cross-functional efforts, and deliver impactful results that propel the organization forward.

Exceptional soft skills and outstanding communication abilities are critical to your success, as you effectively foster collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
As the Senior Lead of M&A Integration, you will oversee the development and execution of various integration of brokerages into Compass nationwide. Your responsibilities include providing tactical support throughout each phase—from operational due diligence to the steady-state transition—working closely with local operations teams and executive leadership. You will lead and manage multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining strategic alignment with business objectives.
In this role, you will collaborate deeply with key functions including M&A transaction teams, regional brokerage offices, finance, legal, communications, marketing, business development, listings, engineering, and other internal departments. Your leadership will be instrumental in coordinating efforts, managing resources, and keeping all stakeholders aligned to ensure successful integrations and sustainable growth.

Compensation
The base pay range for this position is $120,000-160,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
