Job description : The Staff Accountant can perform various Corporate office functions including the successful follow-up and status of the companys outstanding receivables, accounts payable, general ledger compiling financial information.
This position has a strong focus in Accounts Receivables but will also partner with the Accounting staff, Controller, other Corporate Office positions, Branch Managers, and customers / clients.
Ideal candidates will take satisfaction in reconciling and problem-solving, providing exemplary customer service , demonstrating an attention to detail and accuracy of reporting in a fast-paced environment.

- Establish follow-ups with Accounts Receivable team to effectively reconcile and collect outstanding balances* Complete customer credit applications for Senior Management review* Research and file NTO or Bonding Letters* Assist the Accounting Team with monthly closing process* Journal Entries* Account ReconciliationsFinancial Statement Preparation* Assist Accounts Payable department* Assist Billing Department* Prepare lien releases for Senior Management review & sign-off* Perform ad-hoc projects and requests from Corporate Management* Assist HR department with onboarding and data entry* Manage customer payment methods such as checks, credit card, ACH, wires, etc. Qualifications :
