OBJECTIVES

• Install and Service Doors : Install repair and service hollow metal and storefront doors locks and hardware with precision and efficiency.
• Diagnose and Resolve Issues : Quickly and effectively diagnose issues with commercial doors locks and hardware resolving them efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Conduct Preventative Maintenance : Perform regular maintenance on commercial door systems to ensure proper function and extend their lifespan.
• Troubleshoot and Repair : Address and repair issues with door mechanisms springs and related hardware ensuring all repairs are done to company standards.
• Stay Informed on Industry Advancements : Keep up to date on new products techniques and industry advancements to offer the most effective solutions to clients.
• Provide High-Quality Customer Service : Maintain professional communication with clients providing exceptional customer service while ensuring satisfaction with repairs and installations.
• Ensure Safety Compliance : Adhere to safety standards and protocols while working on commercial doors to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.
• Read and Interpret Technical Drawings : Interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals to properly install and repair doors and hardware.
• Maintain Tools and Equipment : Ensure that tools and equipment are maintained cleaned and in proper working order to efficiently perform installations and repairs.
• Manage Work Orders : Complete service orders and paperwork accurately and in a timely manner documenting work performed parts used and time spent.
• Collaborate with Team Members : Work closely with other technicians and staff to ensure efficient and timely completion of commercial door projects.
• Ensure Quality Control : Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards providing clients with a high-quality finished product.
