Assistant Chief Nursing Officer
The Assistant Chief Nursing Officer is a key member of the nursing leadership team, supporting professional nursing practice that drives high quality, safe care leading to excellent patient experiences. This leader works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to drive positive change, grow services, support organizational initiatives while maintaining an expert nursing workforce. The Assistant Chief Nursing Officer is responsible for designing and monitoring the overall approach to the patient and family experience of the organization, providing leadership for the planning, implementation and evaluation of the nursing strategic plans to align with organization mission, vision, and values.
